Supported Symantec’s education management system (SABA) and its global internal/external user base.
Primary duties encompassed:
- Routing of questions/requests to the appropriate department and/or team
- Training new internal users on how to use the SABA platform
- Monthly website maintenance (SharePoint, SABA & HTML)
- Creating/updating process documentation
- Complex inter-departmental troubleshooting of customer issues
- Vigorous regression QA testing cycles after monthly/quarterly updates
