I became an integral part of the daily workload within 2 months of starting, especially in regards to generating quotes/BoMs and providing essential support and guidance on various Cisco program rules/regulations.

Significant Accomplishments:

  • Nearly 100% approval-rate for every Cisco Opportunity Incentive Program (OIPs) that was applied for
  • Managed network upgrade projects for 37 SMB clients
  • Represented Obsidian Technologies at the 2011 Eugene Business Expo

Primary duties encompassed:

  • Assisting client’s day to day quoting/purchasing/sales needs of Cisco networking gear and applications through TigerPaw CRM system
  • Supporting internal sales staff/efforts when customers had more in-depth and strategic quoting/purchasing/sales needs such as RFPs, SoWs, ROI evaluations, and network upgrades.  
  • Managing all maintenance/support contracts and renewals
  • License Configurations, 
  • Database entry/management
  • Inventory management
  • Managing network upgrade projects for smaller clients
